Nursing diagnosis for abdominal pain,? - acute abdominal pain and scoliosis

can you help me create a DX nurisng with acute abdominal pain, the IE with a copy of fever and abdominal pain ...

Nursing DX This is mine is right, acute pain (stomach) compared with medical problems

Nursing DX others that apply to your patients, must have the following suggestions:

>> Potential of the urine due to changes in intensive care. "
>> "Hyperthermia secondary to a urinary tract infection.
>> "Possible fluid volume deficit by fever.

No nurses often say something like "alteration in comfort because of abdominal pain?

The nursing diagnoses, which always makes me happy, I'm a doctor. Much easier!
