Soft Sided Wheeled Coolers What Could This Sound Be? 99 Chevy Cavalier RS (2.2 Liter, 4 Speed Automatic)?

What could this sound be? 99 Chevy Cavalier RS (2.2 liter, 4 speed automatic)? - soft sided wheeled coolers

Originally, when the left is a blow / blows noise was the passenger wheel. It started softly and gradually increased.

I brought the car to a mechanic and made a visit. They said they needed to replace the CV shaft and that the cause was for his shots. He also said that the rear brakes were bad and had to be replaced.

He replaced the brakes and the CV-axis (it was Saturday). I started to run Saturday night and Sunday and had not noticed. On Monday, my roommate to go to work in my car and a large puddle of what looked like cherry cough syrup is diluted to the garage on the left. The vehicle was towed for repair. This time, it was said that that causes the common axis to the exit.

Now hit / beat can listen while driving straight ahead or turn left. It is very difficult when you drive slowly (15) mph or less, and stop when I press the brake. Ideas?
